A Fitness Professional for over 8 years teaching a wide range of modalities from Zumba, bootcamp, cardio sculpt, toning, BollyX dance fitness to personal training, I offer virtual personal training services of 30 to 60 minutes. Every fitness plan is meticulously designed to keep my clients committed to their word, focused, and engaged with their customized exercise choices. Clients can choose to focus on a specific muscle group, like core, arms, or legs, or just go with a total body toning session. Clients can also request private specialized options like a Zumba dance fitness or BollyX dance fitness session.
